Me too. Unable to fetch Experian Report in Onescore App & Experian Site. It was working perfectly first few months. But now getting error for couple of months. Onescore team saying it is happening bcz address is missing. As of now poor developers of onescore team don't know any way to update my address. Experian team are bunch of jokers , not even replying sometimes , or clueless.

But joke is that other apps like tataneu ,Paytm Experian report is working fine. I think there is some missing details in your report too thats why you r getting error. Try contacting their support or ultimately file complaint to RBI ombudsman. 

Updating Onescore and giving consent to fetch report again worked !
