No gaurantees ! Fraud online shop !

I have ordered a laptop Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E431 on 19 Mar, 2014 order no: 1839009983, paid by credit card , it was canceled after citing some issues with courier. They have shared a courier tracking number, which never showed any result in Courier site. But they claimed it was shipped and returned by courier.

Some one from customer care asked me to re order, the same product, which I did order number 1901629247 on 03 Apr, 2014. Again after two weeks and lot of customer care calls they informed it cannot be full filled due to some problem at sellers end. Most interestingly I still see the same product listed by the same seller in the Snapdeal site.

It was horrible experience, lost 1 month just for my sin of choosing such a site.

So please beware, if you order at Snapdeal, your confirmed and money debitted does not really mean the order is successful. You may still not receive the product & loose your time and end up in disappointment.
