My review for snapdeal

It is the store which has the most competitive rates for more than 50 percent of the products. As far as my purchases are concerned I have bought quite a lot of things from snapdeal. The return policy of snapdeal is good on paper but worse in reality. It is one of the sites with worst customer service. The reply to any query will be the boring, irritating same repeated phrases. You are good until some problem crops up like wrong item shipped, or item damaged etc., then you are at crossroad and lost at what to do. There should be some mechanism where we can communicate with the seller, and this module will add a lot of credibility to the user experience besides helping the buyer to directly sort out issues with the seller.
