Hi Dimers,

I am looking for loan for home. Can you please suggest from where can I take it apart from home loan and personal loan? Also for home loan which entity will provide on lowest rate and least processing fee etc

bank will provide lowest interest rate but nbfc can provide loan upto 85-90% with slightly higher interest

Interest rate is based on cibil score

Hdfc provides the lowest rate while NBFC do charge higher but would give a higher LTV. LTV simply means that the loan amount as a % of the property value. One thing to note is you should avoid taking insurance for the loan as it charges very high instead you can take a term plan separately.
