Lenskart - Good Discounts imply poor service

So I bought a lens from Lenskart last week.
Have a slightly negative review to share with dimers..
So I was looking to purchase my next set of monthly disposable lenses and came across Lenskart.
Lenskart has tied up with HDFC smartbuy as well – providing 15% off on valid purchases. Here are their T&C on HDFC smartbuy debit card offers website:

Since the T&C says offer not valid on some brands and “Contact Lens Solutions”, I tried to use the code though in vain.
My Chat experience with their customer service was bad. First guy I came across told me its a website error and told me to try again after couple of hours, quite politely.
So I did, again to fail. The next CSR tells me that this offer code is not valid, please use Contact10 for 10% off.
I asked him as to why this code was not working, he just kept insisting to use 10% off coupon.
They had no answer for the coupon code not working. CSR was rude enough to tell me “This is the coupon that you can use, whatever I have said remains true”
Overall – the experience was Ok otherwise. Not the speediest of dispatches for a ready-made lens – ordered on Oct 9 and got the delivery on Oct 17.
