Laptop stuck at 'windows loading files' screen and not getting on, please help friends

First turn off , laptop. Use reset button in back by pressing it with a pin for 30 seconds.

If still not working, open back panel, remove battery connector, wait 2 mins, connect & again try turning on.

If still not working search YouTube or visit service centre
