Is Shopclues a cheat?

I ordered for Puma Volt Shoes-MRP-2999 on 28.10.12,Order No.-1774399.They shipped the product on 7.11.12 after 10 days of placing the order.
When I received the shipment on 8.11.12,I was shocked to find that the parcel contains a completely different and lower priced product.I received Puma Aquil II shoes-MRP-1999.

Then I tried to contact their helpline-0124-4414888,despite several attempts I could not reach the customer care.Therefore i emailed [email protected] with the details of their wrongdoing along with pictures of the ordered shoes and the delivered shoes on 8.11.12.

Even after 4 days of writing to them I didn’t get any reply to my mail.

Have anybody else has gone through similar incidents?
