Instamart delivered wrong items, now refusing to replace

I placed order with Instamart, but received different items . Written mail with snapshot of the items that I had received to [email protected] but refused to replace or refund.
Any other mail of higher authorities to complain.
Please if anyone can help in this matter

Got following reply from cc
With deep regret concerning your order, we would like to inform you that we will be unable to initiate a replacement or a refund for this order.
Then I have written
That's not my problem, I am not going to pay for the items I didn't receive.As no customer will ever pay for service they didn't receive.Seems someone else order was delivered to me
Kindly initiate a refund if you cannot replace the items.

Swiggy is doing this fraud of non delivery or delivery of wrong items than ordered they are refusing to refund u can try on X Complain there many people facing this problem
Happened with me too ... After lot of too and fro... They still refused, gave up!! Waste of time
Yes. Swiggys CC is Sh*t. Tickets remain unattended. And the policy "raat gayi baat gayi" fits perfectly with them...
always verify all items while receiving. If issue is logged by delivery guy, they refund.

Try their chat option. Everytime they messed up they either refunded or replaced the items for me immediately.
