However, better to not keep high hopes. Given the circumstances, they would not accord it the status of grave offence or even a serious issue.
At most the agency will be sent a request to address/close the complaint and any follow-ups with 1800-2333-555 or the centralised e-mail support/ ticket support too would keep repeating that the customer needs to check with the local agency.
