It is german version, but you can change language to english after activating it.
Anyone have baught a paid version of Dr phone or and other app to transfer what app data to iphone ? I am ready to pay my share 
i don’t kbow if you have found the right solution as this thread is month old but here’s my two cents, try using Zapya it has Phone replication feature which shall do a job. Its been sometime i have used the app but it works on both OS.

I don’t have an iPhone to test out a cracked software application (Wondershare Dr. Fone toolkit for Android and iOS) that can be used to transfer the entire Whatsapp data from one phone to another. In it, all other components don’t work but there are reviews that the whatsapp transfer feature works fine. You can try it at your own risk. I can only share the link to download it.
