Horrible service at Snapdeal

I had ordered two items from Snapdeal. One on 17th of october and the other on 22nd of october. The delivery timeline for the first was on 25th. of october, and in spite of numerous follow ups with snapdeal, it seems impossible to track the shipment. They only send a standard reply that it is on route. The second shipment has still not been shipped, in spite of the shipping date being 24th. of oct.
PLease keep away from Snapdeal, as this seems to be substandard in its service. Saving a couple of 100 bucks can lead to a lot of headache after that. THis is possibly the worst experience of online shopping that I have faced so far, and I have shopped at Amazon. Flipkar, Fabfurnish, Indiatimes ,rediff, etc. I can claim that the service of any and every other e-commerce portal is much better than snapdeal.
KEEP AWAY if you don’t want to suffer
