Help regarding Innopay refund

I was paying my credit card bill through innopay app. The payment was successful but the amount was not credited to my sbi credit card. on transaction page it was showing as payment status successful but biller status as failed.
I have tried to contacted them over email and in app chat help but got no responce from them. if anybody have faced similiar things before or know it will refund automatically or not plz let me know. bcoz they are not responding i am afraid is this a fraud app?
plz check the screenshot. and if you know any way to get refund also let me know.

Connect innopay via chat they will reply faced same with axis they refunded the amount after contacting them
@MM07 @DimeEarner After how long they will respond? It's already 2 days and no one is responding
I had contacted them on 17th aug they replied within 1hrs
Try contacting them on Monday as they only active from money to fri
It will get refunded automatically to source bank account. My two transactions were also failed from biller's end. Send reference number to customer care. You can also raise complaint on twitter through direct message. My refund was credited in 7 days
Just to let everyone know that I have received the refund. It was hard to reach them but they issued refund at last
I've faced similar problem with a failed prepaid recharge transaction. Raised query through the Chat in the app and Gmail. Finally someone responded in the chat and made the refund after 2 weeks.
