Never tried to add 20k in a month but according to spreasheet its 20k so it has got to be that before

@gurucoupon @DealSeeker Pockets load via DC is max 2500 per day not per transaction. Had loaded 2500 today before noon and tried to load 2500 more after noon which didn’t work, so spoke to CC and I was told its 2500 per day by DC.

Google doc mentions 2500 per Txn.

Bro, we have mentioned per transaction and per day limits for withdrawals. We haven’t had the need to specify per transaction and per day limits for cash loading of any wallet. Seems like we should. Thank you for the inputs! KG.

@gurucoupon Can you please make these changes whenever you get a chance?

There already is a field for “Max cashload per transaction” in the doc. So for Pockets all it needs is an additional qualifier of “per day” and may be the field heading can be changed to per transaction per day, if it applies to wallets other than Pockets else only the record for pockets under this field can be changed.

“We would like to inform that you will be able to transfer your freecharge wallet money to your bank account and it will take 5-7 business days for the money to be reflected into your account as per bank standard procedure.”

They also changed from IMPS to NEFT?

Looks like Its NEFT now. Because today evening i did transaction when i made the above comment. But didn’t check bank statement.Now i checked and it’s not reflecting.Will update once it will reflect in my bank statement, because i used to see comment IMPS/xxxx something like that.

Also if its going to take 5-7 days then its not IMPS in terms of speed. Although if they do imps after 2-3 days
