help kotak cc limit enhancement

My kotak league platinum cc with 35k limit is 6 months old and 2.8lakhs spent. They are not increasing my limit and recently got HDFC cc with 50k limit. Kotak is ok to take care of cancellation request, my doubt is can retention team increase credit card limit?
No income proof docs, maintained around 35k mab for last 3 months, still no use. What shall I do to get limit enhancement?

What's the limit of League? Have some patience, you will probably get a LE before BBD. Which HDFC CC do you hold?

No guarantee on LE but you can get Zen as ltf via retention.

Due to the ban from issuing new cards Kotak won't allow changing the card. They will have to cancel it. Just be patient and use the card, pay bills on time and you'll get LE. I started with 10K 2 years ago and today it's 1L in kotak. They provide LE every 6 months once they feel that you are trustworthy and reliable

Retention team will take le request but no gurantee, normal process.
But kotak provies great LEs on its own, wait for the first one and after that its automatic le offer every 6 months
