Hdfc smartpay clarification

Hi. Anybody has used smartpay with hdfc diner black.
On one set of terms in says 5x rewards on smartpay payments when spend in the month is 50k+
Another says 5% cashback max 1800 cashback in the year, which is only 150 cashback per month.
Any experience on which one is right?
What happens if I pay my electricity and mobile bills on the app. That's around 66k per year.
Additionally, I have 50k spend per month on the card anyway.
Does that mean I will get 5x reward points on 66k and then an additional cashback of 1800 bucks?

Smartbuy and Smartpay are 2 different things:
