Got blocked after giving a bad review for bad products

Ive been a regular customer in amazon.in for 5 years, mostly buying household items like washing powder n stuff at discounts. Didn’t have much problems except in rare times products got damaged/spilled during transit.
From last year only i started buying other stuff like lakme products and a no brand handbag, which turned out to be a pretty good one!
But this year, got cheated thrice.
1st case, I bought an aluminium foil in Feb which was advertised as 18 micron but when i received it was flimsy and clearly printed in box as 11 micron (which is not good for using in oven)
I raised the issue, got refund but my review for that particular product was deleted. I didn’t mind, thought it was a system error.
2nd case, around June bought a foundation that turned out to be hard as cement. It was 2 years expired and more! Got refund. And again the negative one star review was deleted. Mind you, all of my other 3-5 star reviews were still there. Asked about this but there was no reply.
Last case in Oct, I bought a reebok jacket for my cousin and it was the worst thin, plastic looking cloth I’ve ever seen in my ENTIRE life. Website has 100% cotton written but it was plastic as plastic carry bag.
Raised the issue, got refund and now i can’t leave reviews anymore and all of my reviews are deleted. At first i thought it must be system error or something. So i asked them after sometime.
Said i violated their review rules! One customer care lady said i used abusive language, so I told her to point out where exactly i used abusive language (bcz i didnt!) And they would say they would look into it and have it resolved but since then all other queries have been ignored.

I had 2 accounts in amazon. Opened the 2nd one to increase my chances in amazon quiz 😆
But I guess if they find the 2nd account… they might blocked me there too and there goes my wosh for a free cell phone or something…

Fully endorse this. Now the latest trend is to refuse cash backs. They change the tnc and ask for proof and when we furnish, they deny outrightly that there is no such offer. One such example is the cash back related to QR scan payment through UPI which was eligible thrice for each customer. I did write to them clearly, and to my surprise almost all the CC is not aware of such campaign and one went on to say that the pantry orders are not eligible and I am at a location where pantry service is not available and another one wrote it is only for paylink, and I am repeating that the offer is for QR Code mode of payment, all fell in deaf ears. Another is the Coolwinks 1700 cash back. 1600 was instant but the additional 100 after 3 days never happened. Slowly and steadily they want to enter the league of survival tactics. Some how bring in customer and tear them down. In India, getting justice nearly a tough exercise.

First purchased 2 sunglasses at 802 each and got 1600 from amazon!
The quality of the specs is ok and really worth below 1000 but not at overinflated MRP mentioned in their site.
Buy them only at discounts.
Now to the problem, I gave a 2nd order with a computer glasses. Amazon gave 1600 cashback immediately but after 5 days, even when the product got delivered, coolwinks is blatantly lying and refusing to give their end of 100 rs cashback reward.
I even send them the screenshot of their reward but their customer service ppl are pretending to be blind!
Now I’m really worried about their after sales service. Won’t buy anything after this.
Something like this happens? I really don’t buy excessively, hence I have never experienced this. I am glad I read this. But this isn’t right. They just cannot block your account. I have also heard amazon banning people after returning too many things.
some people bought 3 different models of same items and tried then returning 2 products. those type of people are identified and blocked.
I am not talking about hana25 but in general, there has been a lot of abuse.. Usually when the spouse buys something I write a review if I like it, but they keep badgering the buyer to write a review well, we got blocked from writing reviews on that and the reviews got deleted. Ofcourse it was a mistake, since they kept asking how was the product each time, to make the popup go away something was entered and T&C says 2 people in the same household can not write reviews.So they know a lot more than we think.. I have not generally given bad reviews, Since I have not got any fake stuff.. I did get missing stuff or non working stuff etc which were all replaced.. So cant give low reviews on that. Indian CC is not very helpful, they give nice words but not helpful. Unlike US CC where they do their best to satisfy you although they are getting tough.. One of the major problems I had was with SBI debt cards linked to amazon, does not require CVV etc.. So each time I went to look at payment an OTP was sent, for a week we did not know what was happening. Then I found out just going to payment page did it, even if we wanted to use some other card to pay.. Complaining did not help and in the end had to remove the card. They have special Ahole mode in India.. I can understand but it makes shopping much harder…
At least amazon pay is much safer than say flipkart and phonePE..
Customer care ppl in India are generally assholes.
Even if they send wrong, damaged products, they would give refund but still gives the attitude that its still the customers fault :/
Flipkart was the worst one! Bought a portronic (spelling forgot) brand usb cable and otg but they send a used, old and nameless items that you get at dirt cheap prices near footpath.
Asked for replacement, later they said they did tge replacement but no one even came to my house.
So when I contacted through call, some south Indian guy yelled at me to the point my ear kept ringing for hours!!
Luckily the amt was only 300 and so I dropped the issue and vowed to never let anyone near me shop from flipkart.
P.S. There’s no cs in paytm right? all i got there was copy paste emails!
Try contacting Jeff Bezos. Direct your queries to them. Heard that they are actually helpful and sometimes take action against Amazon employee as well in case any wrongdoings are found.
