I'm in the same boat, at least bike fuel tankers are bit bigger but scooters have low capacity fuel tank.
I'm able to fuel up TVS Jupiter 125 with Rs. 300 worth fuel only when it's very low on fuel, sometimes even when the fuel indicator shows last bar on the digital dashboard, I'm unable to fuel up for Rs. 300 ... so, getting fuel surcharge waiver for Rs. 400 or above is out of question for me.
There's one CC though which I've narrowed down, it's IDFC First Bank Power+ CC ... I'll research on it and take one very soon. I'll keep you updated on this.

I use indie account... 3% straight by using indie upi or indie debit card... Never tried amount below 100..i too have jupiter125
