Company least bothered about customer

Ordered 4 pcs if jewellery. One product, a necklace, was totally different than ordered. Not matching even 1%. This shows company has no quality controls. Another product, a bracelet, ordered of adult size but a similar product of a new born baby was sent. One item was OK. Delivery of the fourth item was not taken because of prior experience. Requested for refund to which firstcry agreed but didn't pick up the product in next 3 days and I left for another city. Moreover, firstcry advised that they will credit the amount in my wallet which can be used for future purchases. Overall customer service is abysmal. Delivery was pathetically slow. Took around 10 days to deliver. Firstcry is not supplying items ftom their own store but thtough other vendors over which it has no control. Avoid buying from firstcry or you lise mo ey as I have.
