1) Airtel Axis Card via Airtel Thanks app - 250Rs max ~ 10% upto 250 for utility bills provided your biller is showing up and you haven't used that 10% upto 250Rs quota
2) Amazon Friday RuPay offer - 100Rs ~20% upto Rs100 for Rupay Platinum DCs
3) Axis ACE via Gpay - 300Rs ~ 5% upto 500 for utility bills provided your biller is showing up and you haven't used that 5% upto 500Rs quota

I am having Amazon pay ICICI credit card with Amazon prime account and rupay Platinum debit card so I think payment with Amazon pay bill give 2% means 120 cashback so it's better option than platinum debit card.
I think that gift card cannot be used for bill payment on Amazon.
Can we get SBI cashback credit card virtually instantly as we apply or have to wait for physical card to deliver and how long is the process for getting SBI cashback card ?

you can use platinum debit card offer on Amazon means tomorrow to get 20% discount up to 100 & will be better than 5% in your case.
