Do you buy Engine protect & PA cover addons in car Insurance?

As the title says, do you folks buy Engine protect and/or PA cover addons with your car Insurance?
My car is 8 years old and I hardly drive it. so I am debating whether to buy Engine protect cover or not?

Engine protection cover is useful when you are living in flood prone area or chances of vehicle getting submerged till level of engine which might damage the engine. Although i dont know companies provide 8 years old vehicles engine protection cover or not since these are mostly provided to new vehicles upto 5 years of age.

as already have other covers.
Depending on the location and current or future policies/laws.. after 8 years.. that vehicle has outlived over half its functional life (assuming 15 years old vehicles may sometimes face issues with the law).
Thus I might have skipped the engine protest adding, if i am hardly driving it
unless the area where it is usually parked ... often runs the risk of becoming an olympic sized swimming pool during monsoons.
