Actually by default on account opening In dd u will get 50 dimes remaining u might have earned by deals or contests
For first time redemption u need min of 200 dimes later on min 20 dimes

@bumblefoot @admin i had also applied 5 days before as my dimes were expiring on 31st Jan. Can you please check.
Doesnt matter if it takes time to a week or 2 to sent voucher as long as the request should remain valid as it was raised before expiring of the dimes and the processing is taking time now.
