Hi fellow dimers,
I got my first Airtel Axis credit card statement today and was surprised to note that the amount of cashback credited is lesser than expected by about Rs 265.
They did not give transaction wise cashback like they do for ACE. They just mentioned amount in the bottom. I expected 1000+ and got some 800+. Whole month I did transactions either in Airtel App, Swiggy or Zomato only.
Is there a way we can get how Axis did the calculations? I saw one dimer mention in another thread that Zomato transactions are getting only 1% cashback. How to identify it? If we raise a ticket with Axis customer care, will they give the pending cashback or share the detailed calculation?
Your experience and recommendations in this regard will be very helpful, thank you!

Check with customer care they can inform you about cashback for each transaction
As far as Zomato 1% cb is concerned, cc informed me it's for grocery. Not sure if the payment page on blinkit shows Zomato as merchant
Airtel axis card cashback is monthly or bill statement wise?
Cashback is not tracked properly for me as well, but i have been getting additional cashback adjusted in upcoming statements since past few months... without any complaint
@MyAmit Tata neu cards are baseless in my opinion, they don't have certain criteria for points calculation, i have complained tons of times , and everytime I have to explain each and every thing, so it was a headache, so i stopped thinking abt points now, i just made transactions, jitne points bhi aate h redeem kr leta hu, bhaad me jaye, itni chindikhori kon krega...🤣
swiggy food and Instamart are different

You will get additional cashback later on . It too happens with me but I get cashback later on tagged as " additional cashback"
Mostly they credit late for swiggy zomato and big basket transaction and cashback for Airtel transaction will be fast
Do we need apply promocode while making Airtel broadband payments in Airtel Thanks app for cashback or it is calculated automatically
@tomriddle I hope you are considering revised cashback limits. Like 10% upto 250 for bill payment, 25% upto 250 for airtel recharge/bill, etc
I paid airtel 2999 rs recharge and mseb electricity 1620 rs bill. But I get only 274 rs cash back. Not getting 250+160= 360 rs cashback

Same happened with me in Tata Nue infinity card for Big Basket transactions, I made complaint but they are working on it from last 1 month.
