If someone close their existing card do they can apply for c2c and do you think they give c2c limit instead of existing closed card limit?

Kotak allows this. Other banks allow it too but not directly (IDFC for example). You will have to mail them and convince them to use other card statement. Preference for c2c is always lowest however so it’s a struggle.

c2c is only applicable for new application "not for limit increasing existing cards" you have
as far as i known this is the case, someone correct me if i am wrong
