credit card payment issue

Guys its been 3 months since I made credit card payment from AERONPAY. They neither settled my payment nor refunded the amount. They have taken my 1.5 lacs. What should I do now kindly help.... pray

While you do what @flash007 has suggested, also threaten aeronpay that you will raise a complaint with RBI and consumer forum. I remember getting my money back only after mentioning that I am going to contact RBI.

My 25k stuck since June . Always transaction failed then refund received in ECASH after 2 months to many emails and consumer court complaint.But Ecash payment method not showing in their app. How to do complaint in RBI OMBUDSMAN aeronpay name not registered in RBI portal .
