cheaters.. worst experience

i ordered a frame on 21 sept 2014/ after 10 days the delivery person called me n told me to come where he was and that place was v far from the address what i gave.
the person left coz he didnt want to come to me and he gave me 5 mins time and he left. i paid in advance and in their website its showing as delivered.
this was the worst online shopping experience ever. customer care was also not supportive at all. i will never recommend anybody to these cheaters. v v bad customer service. these people are cheaters. don’t ever trust. my ordr no was
