Get the refund confirmation from Flipkart if they not cooperating then raise your issue to consumer helpline theu definitely revert you there and reach out axis with the same response if they don't help then Raise it to RNO then PNO if no one help you then collect all the proofs and reach to RBI Ombudsman and get this resolved and Ombudsman will definitely help you with the compensation of mental harshment and inbetween this you would be charged interest if you haven't payoff the amount

Upon complaining to consumer helpline, I got the below reply

Hi, Greetings from Flipkart! Order ID: OD... We are sorry for the trouble caused. We understand your concern. We are sorry to let you know that your order cannot be fulfilled by the seller due to unforeseen issues. In case, you do not receive your refund as mentioned, please get in touch with your bank's customer support and check the status. Although we can't make up for the trouble you've been through, we'll share the feedback with the seller to put more measures in place to avoid such instances next time around. Hence, we are closing this complaint from our end. Your kind understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Thank you.
