Hey, i have a Amazon Pay credit card, and when i place a order and cancel it or get cashback, the refund/cashback does not comes to my bank account which is linked to my CC instead it increases my credit limit by that amount.
Is there any way to fix it or possible that the refund get transferred to my linked account.

You can write to the bank cc department. They will either issue a refund to your account if you hold an icici account or a DD in your names.
I have tried it for HDFC. For them its either direct credit to account or DD.

That is how the credit cards work and have always worked..... It's not a debit card linked to your account..
Credit cards are a separate "loan account".
