Can we Indians boycott touring J&K totally?

Can we be strong enough and boycott J&K travel and tourism just for few months on an experiment basis? No visits to our religious shrines and temples located there. Can we postpone this to next year. Let Kashmiris vow to provide Safe Grounds for Tourists. Also, some buggers and religious clerics out there need to understand the value of Indians outside the state contributing to their daily economy. Just praising Pakistan always and abusing Indian Army for everything has to stop. Please unite and ignore the state. No Laddakh and Kashmir visits. Spend your honeymoons and summers elsewhere! Enough is enough. Boycott J&K!

But Central Government or State Government will not hand out money to Kashmiri. What goes in hand matters.

even if we boycott tourism then it will not help , tourism only covers a small part of its expenditure . bcoz JnK govt revenue is much less than its total expenditure .
central govt help kashmir govt with 90% of its expenditure . and central govt cant stop funds at any cost .
and wase bhi we are already boycotted , as we cant buy any land there . most of section , law and articles of constitution does not apply in JnK .
