This looks like from app. If both use browser then the prices should be same as the header information will be same from any device(?) However they verify app version to find out security glitches and kick in right measures. Like older app vs new app security patches etc.
The commission from android app vs iphone app might be added as penalties?

The man who posted this has tons of followers but he has zero knowledge how ecommerce sites work! In flopkart price differs from account to account because of coupons or offers u got by supercoin etc. This has no connection with ios or android.
