Beware! They are a bunch of fraudsters with the worst customer service ever!

With Shopclues, its kind of a ‘try your luck’ experience, where you should feel blessed if you receive the products and if not, its a dead end. No one will ever listen to you and the money is equal to the one lost in a gamble. I think its only the automated email system they are referring as ‘Customer Support’ as I used to get only automated emails for all my grievances posted.

I got fooled by them twice, first, for a 800 bucks power bank, which arrived dead and of course, no refund. Second time, for a 180 bucks book which is arriving for the last 2 months.

Dont get attracted by their price or cash backs. Stay away at any cost.
