1) you can use scapia, one card, uni nx wave, wow idfc , .. etc cards with 0% forex
2) sbi cashback will give 5% 
so technically you will be getting 1% back (5%-3.5%forex conversion - 0.5% approx for gst)

Use the SBI Cashback CC carefully.
If the merchant is in the excluded category then you will end up paying 3.5%+GST extra. 0 rewards/ cashback.
