Context:
He has bought phonepe gift vouchers from me with a 2% discount. In total he bought 3 quantities of 5k denomination vouchers and he has paid only for 2 quantities as of now.
Deal terms:
The deal terms was he will pay instantly after taking the vouchers and adding to his phonepe account, which he has already added to his account.
Problem:
He hasn't told me for which purpose he is taking the gift vouchers. Eventually he wanted to transfer the gift voucher using his merchant qr code to the bank. The problem with this is that phonepe doesn't allow multiple big transactions to merchant qr in a month. And now he has already added the gift vouchers and is asking me to wait until he is able to transfer the voucher to the bank till next month or even later.
Possible solutions:
I have asked him to either
1. pay my money as per the original deal term
2. give me a new phonepe gv of 5k.
3. pay my bills on a discount of 4%, which is the regular decent rate.
But he is denying everything and telling me to wait until he is able to transfer the vouchers.

also @flash007 u should not ask 4% for billpay discount. standard billpay discount is 2% and since u sold those vouchers @ 2% u can ask him billpay at 2% no more. if he agrees to give more than 2% discount on billpay thats his choice but u can not demand 4% discount.
I have asked him to pay money, or even the new gift voucher.
I can take bill payment @ 2% as well if he deny to pay the money or GV. But this will be a loss deal for me and i will be forced because of him having the money.

I sent @flash007 payment for his 3rd quantity also as soon as I took the 3rd voucher.But,the UPI payment went into pending status because of the Dhani wallet UPI id given by him did not properly respond to the payment request.Then I told him that I will send his payment after the pending ongoing UPI transaction is marked as failed.But,he continuously messaged me in the late night hours to send the payment again and again.The vouchers bought are not working when I tried to use.I bought 15000 Rs vouchers from him and not even 500 Rs was being usable.I seriously doubt the authenticity of the vouchers sold.So,I told him that I will send his last installment after the vouchers get transferred.All this happened,because his ad is incomplete.He did not mention that the vouchers are not transferable to merchant.But,he continuously called & messaged me everywhere even at 2 AM when I clearly told him that I have to Sleep.The problem with him is he only thinks about himself & not listen to others.
Please pay my electricity bills if you don't want to return the money

Simple rule. Don't trust for big transaction even if he is admin unless you had already a history with the dimers. Having said that OP should get his money back immediately.
I trusted him because of his old account & high karma.
He has broken the trust.
I even offered him to pay my bills (even with my loss), but he has not responded on this part.
Not sure what's on his mind. Never thought a reputed dimer would do this.

The UPI transfer I initiated to @flash007 at 12.37 AM itself is still in Pending and NOT marked as failed,but some people are judging & giving free advices to me.My 15000 Rs is also stuck in Phonepe gcs.I hardly have any proper sleep yesterday and my morning today also got wasted.
I will resolve this issue as soon as possible.Any further messages from anyone related to this topic will be ignored as I can not spend any more of my time on this now.
Please check your bank statement. If money is still not deducted then probably it wont be. You can initiate another transaction.
Also would suggest using paytm or phonepe, much better service than mobishit

no offense against anyone
so the example HYPOTHESIS I insert here is "i am gonna buy an extra key made for my lock" (so i give sizes and the "shop key maker" makes the key for me and sells it to me)
a) Usual "shopkeeper + customer" scenario:
I buy the "fabricated key" for my lock from a local store, i give money instantly and take the product
later on using the product (i.e key) i felt its defective, so i visit back the shop and ask refund by returning the product
that's how usually trade (buy/sell) happens (all around the world)
b) Regular long term "shopkeeper + customer" scenario:
I took the product (i.e key) from the shop and its a regular shop keeper I know, so I say that I will pay back tomorrow or month end (keep it in my regular accounts with mutual understanding of longterm relationship)
the shop keeper agrees and then i will pay tomorrow or month end
c) Unusual "shopkeeper + customer" (I never find this one anywhere)
I take the product and promise to pay back the money instantly after checking (instantly) by putting the product (i.e key) in my lock (the key works) and the lock works but unlocking there is small trouble the key wont come out FROM MY LOCK, now this is not the shop keeper's problem (its the customers handling and customers lock problem)
but still "I the customer" say I am not satisfied, so give me 1 week time or 1 month time, i will pull this STUCK key out and give it to you back, so till then i wont pay, will keep THIS key (product without paying anything) myself as well till it comes out of the stuck lock

After hours of discussion and 2 days of mental trouble.
@longlivesonusood finally agreed to pay my bills. But this instance taught me why not to trust the Dimer with high karma & old accounts as well.
I have sympathy with him that the GV is also stuck but on the other hand, I have a complaint with him as well that trading in bad faith is not okay. I can understand his intention was correct but the way he handled the issue is not okay at all.
If the trade is completed from one side based on trading terms, then you can't make your new term just because you got some surprise and have an upper hand on the traded material. This is 100% trading in bad faith. No matter what the reason is, if one side has honored the trading terms, then the second party must honor the same. You can't rule them; if you face some issues, you can request flexibility from them, but ruling over them is not correct.
The above issue I have faced on this exchange, which I never expected from an experienced dimer. I don't know if @Rosh_0007 @bumblefoot @admin can add/improve anything in the platform so that this doesn't happen again with anyone else. But I think we might need something if this type of dispute keeps happening.

After 2 days of trauma and reputation damage,the issue was settled.While it's understandable to feel disappointed, it's important to avoid generalizations.One unforeseen incident can not decide everything.
I paid the bills and sent all the remaining small amount also to OP.I just realized how much impatient can some dimers will be and not all trades go as expected.Even when my UPI payment is still in pending status,still I paid the bills of OP in GOOD FAITH even before 48 hours (UPI waiting rule was ignored) of transaction hoping that OP will refund if my pending UPI payment gets settled to him.
I should have paid the bills long ago and solved the issue,but OP said he will get loss if it takes in bills.So,I thought of sending in money only to OP after few days instead of doing bill payments and I also searched for new ways to solve this issue,but no feasible options are available.
This is a case of how multiple entities involved can go wrong sometimes rather than naming it as trade of bad faith.Both the Phonepe vouchers and the Mobikwik UPI payment did not work as expected.My 10000 Rs is still unnecessarily stuck in the Phonepe gift cards section and my Mobikwik UPI payment sent to OP is still shown as Pending.
While it's essential to honor agreed upon terms, unforeseen circumstances can arise that may require certain adjustments.

Everything is settled. I thought not to post this, so concluded myself yesterday but today when I saw some comments from Dimer on the last thread, I felt everyone should be aware of what happened in real. Admin already contacted me in PM and they were ok with my response.Stop disturbing the admins also continuously.Already you called,messaged and disturbed me at 2 AM from Sleeping continuously when the trade ended at 12.37 AM when I already sent you the 3rd payment.The 3rd payment I sent you is still in pending as of now and not marked as failed.Stop doing trades if you do not have minimum patience.
The issue will be solved soon and any further messages from you or anyone in this regard will be ignored.
Not really sure what was the trading terms between you guys, but one will have to trust eachother as you both are dimers since long, this can be sorted without a thread.
@longlivesonusood Ideally while trading one takes money n exchanges voucher. And if payment is not cleared then its obvious other person will ask for it. May be a better way to solve this is you can transfer the pending amount now, and if current stuck transaction gets cleared then @flash007 will send it back the day it gets credited.
@flash007 I understand that 5k is not small amount but disturbing someone this late is not good when he is still answering & co-ordinating with you with latest updates. Lets wait till he gets back with some mutual solution.
