You could have shared a little more about yourselves or at-least the skillsers you may have or the kind of BPO work you might be okay with.
Since I am not to clear if the person (ypu¿) already are working full time..
.. I am hesitant to suggest part time opportunities.
(Not everyone can safely handle doing multiple jobs to support self, family.
If mental health, physical health suffers.. then it us a zero-sum game, in my view.)
But otherwise, even for work from own premises, ADC (Amazon Development Centre) does offer reasonable remuneration for customer care, AWS support, seller on-boarding agent type jobs.
Whereas for students too, there are opportunities in amazon https://amazon.jobs/content/en/career-programs/university
Since you categorically mentioned customer service, many other companies too do give direct contracts (6, 12, 24 months) for part time too.
I think Reliance took over Haptik. Various businesses of Reliance too offer work from own premises opportunities for customer service.
I would try to avoid third party manpower services (vendors) hired by the big companies, unless I am directly entering into a contract with the main company.
