found out that Amazon Wallet balance added to wallet via DC/CC/UPI/Netbanking can only be used to pay in amazon train booking, No Amazon Gift voucher balance is working on train booking.
First amazon withdraws from all bank affiliate sites, now removing apay gv from all utilities on amazon.
Real Concern will be if they remove apay gv balance from bill payment. All dimers bought lakhs of Apay gv will be wasted then.

Account specific probably. I was able to use Amazon Pay Balance for IRCTC booking on Amazon website today.
I was able to book a ticket couple of days back with Amazon gift balance.
In payment page it subtracted only the money part and not the gift balance but in final payment page I was charged “total - gift balance - wallet balance”
Update : Amazon pay payment option is working again for train tickets. Earlier it was not working.
