Airtel Axis CC | missing cashback

Hi,

last month I was doing the reconciliation of my Airtel Axis CC Cashback for the past few months (nov 2023 - april 2024) when I found out that I may not have been receiving Cashback properly, primarily for my Swiggy transactions.

Since Airtel Axis doesn't provide per transaction cashback detail, it was difficult to pinpoint where i received the cashback and where i didn't. 

I called the axis bank and after holding and talking with them for about an hour, we both found out that there were multiple missing cashback each month. and the representative assured me that he has raised the issue and I'll get the missing cashback in the following months (which I did not). At that time i did not ask for any service request number, I suppose he did not properly raise the issue.

I do not have the energy to be on another 1 hour call with them. What can I do? is there some email where I can raise this issue over email and get the last 6-8 month statement with per-transaction cashback details included. They had told me over the phone that they can see those details but are not allowed to share that with the customer. I want to cross-check the cashback myself. So, in this case am i even allowed to ask them to provide that detail? or are they not liable to provide those details with yhe customer?

also, If they are supposed to share those details with the customer, but still refuse to share that, what can be done?
