50k Stuck While Opening Induslnd Select Saving Account

Hii guys so I was trying to open induslnd select account online 5 days back. Once I complete all the steps & reached the fund step to which I did the payment via UPI(Sbi Bank via Phonepe app) but I was greeted with some error after the payment completion now the application is stuck there & still asks me to fund to open the account while the refund haven't been received yet.
I've tried to connect with their support but they doesn't seem very promising & are just asking to wait for sometime. Anyone have ever faced this? Or what I should I do now?

I asked their support if I need to & they said there's no need that's why I was waiting but it's been 4-5 days already still no update.
But why the minimum amount is in Dollars? And that is too $ 50000. Huge amount for first time
Yeah I got confused too when I saw that for the first time. Probably they want rest ₹4128000 to open the account 🤣
Raise transaction dispute with source Bank and send complaint through mail or x twitter handle both channels for faster response

This kind of error happened with AU bank online opening and I was worried but I got the refund in about 4-5 working days. Can't say anything about indusind though.
May be it asked for 50k dollars and u paid 50k rupees what's why failed🥴

Even I have faced same issue while opening online account 50k Structed in the account for 5 days, then visited branch they resolved it.. so better visit branch
Now Saturday seems to be the day the branches are also not nearby 😔

I closed my IndusInd cc last month, i still get offers on my IndusInd cc in spite of challenging IndusInd as incompetent for being unable to keep their act together.
Dont waste time with them.
Also as per RBI settlement rules, bank has to pay interest if they do not refund NEFT/IMPS/RTGS within 2 working days. Show them the rule and ask them to refund.
I am just increasing my portfolio so that can get good cards & good limits also the card is ltf is not an issue.
The account I was opening for their dc which gives 20% discount on bb every month which is also free (for their cc holders) & account is also 0 balance.
Indusind is indeed getting shittier from the tech end. When I opened their online account 8 years back it took almost 2 months after the initial deposit to get my account kit. Their tech has been working in reverse mode for the past 3-4 years. My credit cards disappeared from the App & NB but they are active and working.
CC says they tried but were not able to make them reappear and then ended up saying: "aise hi use kar lo saar, card toh chal rahi hai"
I said "txn wagera kaise check karu"
Said "Monthly statement toh aati hai na, usme dekh lena"
I opened IndusInd select account with 1L+ initial deposit. After opening the account from the branch, they freezed my account for two weeks and after that I followed up with them for a month to get my welcome kit delivered. That was a pathetic onboarding of a bank that I faced during the initial days of account opening with them, it took me two months to get welcome kit including a debit card and a smooth operation of my select savings account.
I opened in branch everything was smooth, online tech issues i guess

Faced similar issue, branch will not be able to track anything, nor customer care on phone.
Send below email to [email protected] by attaching your debit transaction details & application reference number or email you have received on your email id. They will open account within 1-2 days and you will get your welcome kit within 5-7 days.
Suggestion : Don't create new netbanking/indusmobile app ID.
Once you receives your Physical Debit card, then Link your Savings account to your old customer id from IndusMobile app via Link Relationship tab using physical debit card details.
Wait for 24 hours and your savings account and credit card will be mapped and visible under old loginid in indusmobile app.
By Old customer id you mean the credit card customer id right?
Also for that 0 balance upgrade do they send any confirmation or its automatic & I can remove the fund?
Btw today I got the account creation & fund message.
Guys an update: Today the got the successful account creation message later on I received the amount credit message too and now the message for kit too. Although the application is still stuck on the same page so seems their system not up to date.
Guys this is the most pathetic bank I've ever seen in my life now I feel sbi is much better then this.
So even though account opened they forze my account as online agent rejected my kyc & said need to visit the branch.
So I went there gave kyc docs after 1.5 week I got a message that kyc is complete but still account is frozen & nobody have a clue.
Apart from that got a call from their bank & he said there was an attempt of pin change on my cart so I said it was me but he was like we have detected a fraud card needs to be blocked n sh**.
I told him it was me only & even gave the exact time as per message but he said if you doesn't block your card & anything happens in future bank will not be liable.
It's been a month & this opening account online has become a nightmare for me & even now I don't see any way out.
