25K stuck with AeronPay

I have used AeronPay app to pay credit card bills, initially 3 transaction got successfully settled to my credit card in a day.
Later, I paid 25k to my sbi cc which got stuck with them, I keep on mailed them, no response. Later I came to know that we can raise a complaint on National Consumer Helpline app/website. I did the same and the amount of 25k has been refunded to e cash (wallet) of that app instead to my source bank account.
Again, I used to pay cc using that e-cash wallet amount which again got stuck with AeronPay. I have raised one more complaint with NCH, but this time, they are not progressing the ticket. It has been 1 month now.
If anyone faced this kind of issue with AeronPay and got the amount back successfully, kindly help me to get my money back.

U can pay credit card bill with that e-wallet amount. After that uninstall the app and never go back.
I tried the same, amount got debited from e-wallet and it is showing as Success in payment history. But amount not settled to credit card account.

Hello all, still I'm in same loop. I reached to National consumer helpline, they also keep on raising new ticket for me, AeronPay team simply refund the amount to E-wallet of app and says issue resolved from their end. Now I'm not able to see e-wallet option in app.
I came to know from national consumer helpline that, if they are keeping on doing like this, next we can file complaint in consumer court.
Can I file the complaint online? Will this help me to get my money back? Kindly help me here.. thanks
