Its paytm offer, to get 125 cb, it will ask you to spend atleast 2500. Considering its BBD sale, it might be a little generous enough to lower the min amount needed to say 1500 or 1250 and that shd be the best case which is highly unlikely. 
Minimum amount 12,500(I expect from paytm)
Cz now a days they give 20 cashback on adding 5000 rupees to the wallet..so can’t expect anything better
