CITI BANK INSTANT DISCOUNT OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Instant Discount Offer (defined below) is a promotional offer administered and offered by CITI BANK Limited (“CITI BANK”) in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.Ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as “AJIO Platform”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the Platform (“Specified Products”).

PERIOD:

This Instant Discount Offer shall commence on 6^th January 2023 at [00:00:00 Hrs], and continue until 15^th January 2023, [23:59:59 Hrs] or such other date and/or time as may be determined by AJIO (“Term of the Offer”).

ELEGIBILITY

• This Instant Discount Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the offer start date.
• Each AJIO customer (“User”) should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.

OFFER:

The User shall be eligible to avail the Instant Discount Offer only if the User fulfils the below conditions:

1. User makes payment for purchase of the Specified Products using selected CITI BANK credit card/debit card, as may be determined by AJIO and/or CITI BANK from time to time; and
2. The total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the AJIO Platform is equal to or greater than Rs. 2,999.00, after taking into account all applicable discounts, if any.
3. The Offer is applicable multiple times per eligible card but the total maximum discount availed with a single eligible card cannot exceed Rs 1000 during the Term of the Offer. The value of the order must be Rs 2999 & above each time for an order to be eligible for the applicable discount.
4. The Offer is not applicable on gold coins, bars and idols.

Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above, eligible User shall receive an instant discount of flat 10%, subject to a maximum of Rs. 1000.00 (For clarity, the maximum instant discount that can be availed under this Instant Discount Offer is Rs. 1000.00 on a single eligible debit card/credit card) (“Instant Discount Offer”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Instant Discount Offer can be availed multiple times each eligible CITI BANK credit card and debit card by the User during the entire Term of the Offer but the total maximum discount with a single eligible credit or debit card is capped at Rs 1000 only. An order will be considered eligible for the Instant Discount Offer when the value of that single order is equal to or greater than Rs 2999.
2. The Instant Discount Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO and/or CITI BANK.
3. The maximum instant discount that can be availed under this Instant Discount Offer is Rs. 1000.00 on debit card/credit card.
4. If the User who has availed the Instant Discount Offer, return all or part of the Specified Products purchased by them on the Platform, such that the value of their order falls below Rs. 2,999.00, they will not be eligible for return of purchased Specified Products. All products returned by the User shall be entertained solely as per AJIO’s prevailing product return policy.
