FYI you might not do or need to do this ...
invest is a 9 firmware ps4 pro ,with 9tb of games and most in ps5 also you might not have time to play the ps5 much,games are expensive on ps5 specially when you can get them free in ps4,i do this
also with the ps5 pro expected in December 2024 holiday season the value of ps4 slim and disc will fall further

unless you absolutely need the ps5 and willing to invest in expensive games you can get the same in ps4 pro for free
not all games though games like spider man 2 or dead space are made exclusively for ps5
downloaded games for ps4 can b day one ,limited edition ,etc which included all dlc so no more need to pay entirely free
example god of war ragnarock which might b for 2000 on ps5 can b downloaded like super delucx edition with full dlc and stuff on ps4
i do this and have about 9tb of games for ps4
