I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from this app. I had opted for same day delivery option for yesterday, I received message the order was delivered but no one received it. One person from customer care said if it is not received by recipient they will redeliver and then the person says they will investigate.Did not get any mail for the complaint I placed .It not only spoiled the celebration yesterday but also lost my money with no compensation.They are indeed fraud,don't trust them!

IGP sell only custom gifts like flowers, greeting cards etc, these product pages (pineperk) created for corporate gifting/ bulk inquiry.
Many ecom collaborats with logistics for generating tracking ID immediately after placing an order, bluedart in these case, it will not move further, it is just info created by bluedart

I think -80 is unjustified, giving 0 could be ok. I see no fault of OP, he saw deal and posted it for community benefit, also he already mentioned high chance of cancellation at time of posting deal, it's company's fault/bug not OP's fault
