• Leaderboard is a table in the back-end where the 'Ranks' and 'Medals' scored by each participant are maintained. Any participant can view the top 10 rank holders in the contest and their respective 'Medals' earned, besides their own 'Rank' and 'Medals' earned.
• 'Ranks' for OneCard members are generated only after they have 'Signed up' for the contest and earned 'Medals'. The 'Ranks' are dynamic in nature, and can keep changing depending on the performance of all other participants.

6. What tasks need to be performed to win 'Medals'?

• The user can make as many transactions to earn the maximum amount of medals, there is no capping.
• Users would receive 3x medals on making transactions via select OneCard features like Offers Around you, OneStore and Forex transactions
• Hourly winning is applicable once per user during the contest period.

7. Where can I see the offer details?

• Login to OneCard App → Rewards Tab → Offers Section → contest Banner
• In case you are unable to see the contest in the Offers section, kindly update your OneCard app

8. How will I know whether I have won the prize or not?On the Winner Announcement Day, the Participant will see a pop-up inside the contest page that will notify whether or not Participant has won any Prizes.
Winners will also be notified through various communication channels like Push Notification/ Call/ SMS/ Email(s)/ OneCard's Social
Media handles etc. regarding the prizes won at the end of the Contest Hourly winner can also see the pop up real-time on the contest page9. How will the 'Ranks' be decided, when 2 or more participants have the same 'Medals'Typically, in such cases, the Participant who has reached the latest 'Medals' score first will be assigned a better Rank. In all exceptional cases, the decisioning algorithm configured by OneCard will be final, and no disputes will be entertained.10. Why am I seeing a different leaderboard than my friend?Customers are segmented for fairplay hence different customers may see different leaderboards11. Who can NOT participate in the contest?

• OneCard reserves the right to blacklist any member found to be misusing including foreclosure of EMI transactions

12. When will I receive my Prize?

1. Leaderboard Prizes - Leaderboard Prizes will be announced on the 'Winner Announcement Date'
2. Olympic Paris Games 2024™ Packages: After announcement, OneCard team will get in touch with the winner within 5-10 working days with further details and formalities
3. OneRewards: After the announcement, eligible OneRewards, if won, will be credited instantly

13. What happens if the winner does not accept the Prize within the stipulated deadline?In such a scenario where the winner does not accept the Prize or confirm the prize within the stipulated deadline despite notifications & reminders, the Prize will be passed on to the next winner14. 15. I won't be able to travel for the match, if I win. Can I give my Olympics ticket/package to a friend or relative instead?The Prizes are not transferable. One of the travelers will have to be the announced winner. In the event of the announced winner's unavailability, OneCard reserves the right to pass on the prize to another Participant.16. Can I opt for points or cash-out instead of the above-mentioned prizes after I win them?No. None of the Prizes can be exchanged for Rewards or cash-out. Tickets will be to and from Mumbai. Travel to Mumbai is not covered.The “Onecard Visa Olympic Paris Games 2024™” (“Campaign”) is being run by FPL Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Onecard” throughout the Terms and Conditions herein) on behalf of the Participant's issuing bank and Visa.

1. “Campaign Period” shall mean the period commencing from Start Date and ending on End Date (as mentioned under FAQ no. 2 above) – both the days inclusive.
2. “Participant” shall mean existing Onecard members as mentioned under FAQ no. 3 above.
3. “Prize” shall mean and include the rewards mentioned under FAQ no. 6 above.

1. The OneCard members eligible to participate in this Campaign who are (a) not delinquent member(s), and /or (b) CSB or SBM members, and/or (c) IDFC members until migrated to other Banks and/or ( d) past OneCard members who have closed their Cards and have reapplied for the membership during the Campaign Period.
2. Participant customers who are winners must be responsible for all payments of taxes, fees, fees and/ or expenses applicable and required by the laws of India and /or by the city of Paris, France, either at the time of entry or exit from said country, Participant's stay or during the Management of the entry visa to any country of transit used to reach the destination.
3. The winners of the Campaign acknowledge and accept that OneCard does not assume any type of responsibility for accidents, illnesses and/ or damages that may occur before, during and after the trip, including their transfers to and from the airport both in India and in the City of Paris, France.
4. Onecard does not assume any responsibility for accidents, diseases, and/ or damages that may occur at the selected hotel in the City of Paris, France.
5. Likewise, OneCard does not assume any type of responsibility for accidents, illnesses and/ or damages that may occur during the stay at the hotel and/ or in the city of Paris, France.
6. The winners acknowledge and accept that OneCard will not be responsible for the quality of the services provided by the suppliers and / or service providers of this Campaign. Likewise, winners further acknowledge and accept that OneCard will not be responsible for any type of damages, injuries, illnesses or death that occur during or as a result of the enjoyment of trip and/ or stays or during the celebration of the events of the Olympics Paris Games 2024™ events they attend, among others; including the damages that the winners may suffer, family members or people whom Participant have selected as companions.
7. Participants participating in this Campaign acknowledge and accept that OneCard will not be responsible for the quality of the products and services offered and/ or provided by commercial establishments/ hotels where customers will be hosted and/ or where customers make food consumption. Likewise, OneCard will not be responsible for any type of damages, whether physical, moral, material or of any nature, that said commercial establishments/hotels may cause them.
8. OneCard has the right to disqualify any Participant from availing this Prize if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by such Participant for the purpose of availing this Campaign Prize or has violated the normal performance of the administration, security, justice and rectitude of this Campaign or has been found misusing the Campaign.
9. This Campaign is made available at the discretion of OneCard. OneCard reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice or reason whatsoever, to change/ modify/ add/ delete this Campaign and/ or any of the terms of this Campaign, wholly or in part or to withdraw it altogether at its sole discretion.
10. OneCard, its affiliate, officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents (including, without limitation, any third-party service providers engaged by OneCard for the purposes of this Campaign) shall not be liable to Participant in this Campaign for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign unless caused by any gross negligence or omission by OneCard.
11. The Participant represents and warrants that they shall comply with the applicable laws.
12. The Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions of and enforcement of this Campaign shall be exclusively governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and Participant agrees that any claim or dispute must be resolved by courts based in Pune, India.
13. The winners' names may be published in any media, which would be at the sole discretion of OneCard. The winner must agree to use his or her name and photographs without compensation in any forthcoming publicity by OneCard.
14. OneCard shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure events, which include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, or pandemic or any events beyond the reasonable control of OneCard.
15. At the time of awarding the Prizes, all winners must not be delinquent and/or invalid or canceled. Otherwise, such winners shall be disqualified from receiving the Prizes.
16. OneCard will send you promotional communications during the contest period.
17. Winners would be communicated manually through calls in case of eligibility for any benefits against the contest.
18. Reversed/Refund transactions will result in a decrease in the total Medals.
19. The Grand Prize winners of the contest will be declared on 7th June, 24 post review of all the transactions made by the users during the contest period.
20. In case of a tie, users who have signed up first would be considered for the associated contest benefit.
21. OneCard will evaluate all the transactions and the standings in the leaderboard which could vary depending on the eligibility of the transactions, even post the contest end date.
22. OneCard holds the right to revoke access of the users against the contest incase of any discrepancies or unusual or fraudulent behaviour
23. OneCard shall determine the methods of the Prize giving, including but not limited to a Prize giving ceremony or any other methods which OneCard may deem reasonable.
24. The grand Prize winner is required to attend the prize-giving ceremony (if any/necessary). In the event the Prize winner is unable to attend the said ceremony, he/she will automatically be disqualified, and no compensation or arrangement will be made after the prize-giving ceremony.
25. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Prize winners in relation to claiming the Prize(s), which shall include but not be limited to the cost for transportation, accommodation, meals, personal costs and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
26. By participating in the Campaign, winners:
    1. agree that OneCard's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding on all Participants/ winners. No further appeal or further correspondence will be entertained;
    2. consent for OneCard to disclose their particulars to third-party service provider(s)/ authorized supplier(s), including vendors, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies engaged by Onecard for contact purposes during and after the Campaign Period.
27. The Prize does not include:
    1. The application or acquisition of the visa or passport travel insurance necessary to make the trip to France. OneCard shall not accept any responsibility for any consequences of any nature whatsoever arising from the winners' failure to ensure that they and/or their chosen partner have complied with the necessary health, passport, visa or birth certificate requirements.
    2. Long distance phone calls, room service, laundry service, mini-bar items, loss of hotel property, payment for damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred at the hotel.
    3. Personal expenses not related to the Campaign (shopping, transportation to local sites in free time is not part of the tour, and food expenses are apart from scheduled meals).
    4. Transportation during free time guests outside of scheduled activities.
    5. Any other expenses that are not specified in the package.
    6. Health care.
    7. Changes to one-way or return air packages and other expenses incurred for such changes by any of the two (2) persons enjoying the Prize.
    8. Tax charges if required or paperwork if the winners travel with a minor.
    9. This trip is valid to be enjoyed only during the period between August 1, 2024 to August 5, 2024.
    10. OneCard will not be responsible for the changes that occur in the Prizes.
28. If requested by OneCard, the Participant winner and/or any other person who is accompanying him/her in the Prize will each be required to sign an indemnity prior to departure for the Olympic Paris Games 2024™ experience that indemnifies the OneCard from any loss suffered by a winner and/or any other person who participate in the Prize, howsoever arising.
29. Each of the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions needs to be met in order to avail entry into the Prize.
30. OneCard accepts no liability and is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or changes to the programme of Olympic events.
