I currently have OnePlus 8t & planning to sell it for around 30k in the market & buy a new phone which have similar or better performance to 8t price should be under 30k as I will buy on no cost EMI I will be getting some amount for rotation. Will this phone be similar to OnePlus 8t or significant downgrade any other better option i have?

I bought this phone yesterday early morning with HDFC 7k discount. Bought 8gb ram model. Without exchange. Yesterday evening delivered. After deliberating between poco x3 pro and realme gt master, went to this. When I took the phone in hand, I felt like it was same as my poco m2 pro (not my primary one) which I bought last year. Almost all angles look and feel is same. And it is not as fast as I expected. Considering it is 8gb ram and sd 870 compared to my redmi note 6 pro which is my primary which is 3 years old.
Based on my few hours of usage, battery is very bad 65 to 18 in 4 hours with hardly any usage. All my apps are not even activated. and when wifi was ON,while charging, phone became very hot. Really hot.
However charging was fast. In about an hour it got charged from 18 to 100%.
The best I would say is screen quality which is the only saviour for me.

there is no return policy for this phone. I thought later to upgrade to Mi11x Pro, but even unopened box of Mi11x Amazon is not ready to take back.

Those who have received, kindly update about problem of proximity sensor. Its a big problem for those who will received/dialed voice call for long hours

I don’t know why some people are hesitating to buy a phone. This is overall a good mobile phone in 20k with awesome processor, screen and decent camera, battery life.

I dont know why some Technically गुरुजी are creating a fuss of no brainer.
1. This phone is a upper mid range premium phone. Its just that you are getting this phone at a much cheaper price doesn’t mean that it becomes equal to the mid range phones.

2. For those who are asking or crying about battery do note that high performance phones always tend to drain out the battery even faster than the mid range phones. with Snapdragon 7 series processor It will always give you a much better sot than a Snapdragon 8 series or dimensity 1200 series.

3. Most of the guys who r complaining, I can see they are coming from a lower mid range or a mid range phone like redmi Note series or a Poco series. guys you need to understand that on overall experience and feel level this phone is at par of many flagship phones leaving the camera aside.

4. Not a brand Promoter in fact I have a realme X7 Max as primary device ( last phone being a s9) and bought this phone for my mother who frankly if I tell you would have sufficed even with the 10,000 phone but this deal was too good to be left without redeeming.

5. At last I would like to conclude that if you get this phone below 20000 then it’s it has been a very good purchase and don’t sweat it out much.
