I. Definitions
“Alliance Partner” shall mean Jet Privilege Pvt Ltd, hereby referred to as “Intermiles” who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

“Card” shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.

“Card Holder/s” shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

“Program/Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.

“Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing every week – Thursday to Saturday from October 06, 2021 to December 25, 2021, both days inclusive.

“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s service.

“Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

“Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner intermiles.com or interbook.intermiles.com

“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

At any point of time member will be eligible for only one campaign/offer benefit.

Discount code can be used to make multiple bookings

InterMiles earned will be credited in your account within 48 hours of checkout for bookings done via InterBook

Upto 4X miles on Interbook varies as per the tier level, total miles earned will be shown at the checkout page

What else you need to know?

At any point of time member will be eligible for only one Miles campaign & offer benefit

No 2 Bonus miles offers can be combined for Air & hotel bookings

If any Participant who is eligible has not received his/her respective credit of Bonus InterMiles, he/she may contact INTERMILES within a period of 6 months from the date of the transaction to resolve the matter. INTERMILES shall use reasonable efforts on its part to recover such Bonus InterMiles. The decision of INTERMILES shall be final and binding and no further disputes shall be entertained in this regard.

The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The participants agree that the courts in Mumbai shall have jurisdiction over all matters arising from or relating to this Campaign.
