Can you use our own hand wash liquid ?

I don’t think it does. Better go for Kent Automatic Soap Dispenser. With Kent or similar you could choose from variety of ‘well known’ hand wash liquid.

Why would you like to stick with Mi to buy refill?

I bought mi soap dispenser from bangood.com a couple of years ago and I can use any handwash liquid in the container.

3 pack is 599 so if u are getting 4 pack + dispenser for 999, then that seems to be better deal (assuming you want to stick to MI soap only and not want to do jugad to use own soap)

Only 1 soap refill at 499 so MI is making fool.

I bought one (it said that 15% cashback using FreeCharge pay later let’s see)

Also we get total 2 refills (one giveaway, one with machine) 

What to refill? Normal liqid handwash or this 297 wala only?

I have received 15% cashback too for paying via FreeCharge so the effective price has come down considerably and it’s a very good deal actually.

Regarding the refill I’ll not use the original ones what I’ll do is that I’ll drill/make a hole on the plastic refill bottle on the top from which I can easily refill it (I’ll not go with the cap method as it’s a bit tricky). The only downside is that by doing this, if the machine gets tilted/falls/inverted, then the contents will spill out however considering it’s a hand wash machine, it’s supposed to be at our homes it’s not meant to be carried on the fly

They (Xiaomi) mislead us!

Got only a single machine (special machine pack which does not include refill and only machine is included) and one refill (which is always given normally)

Happened with me also,

As per photo, i was expecting 5 soap bottles at ₹499, but the order page, made me believe that atleast 2 bottles with arrive.

But only 1 soap bottle has been delivered by Xiaomi.

Xiaomi Co. fooled us.
