Recharge PayTM wallet using Citi Credit Card through Citibank Online or Citi Mobile during the Offer Period
for a minimum of INR 3000 and get 10% cashback on the recharge amount.
2. First successful recharge performed using Citi Credit Card during the offer period will be eligible for the

4. In case Paytm number is not linked with Citi account, Customer needs to register their number via Citibank

5. To recharge:
a. On Citibank Online: Login to your Citibank Online account and select “Recharge Paytm wallet” in
the menu.
b. On Citi Mobile App: Login to your Citi Mobile account and select “Bill Pay & Recharge → Recharge
Wallet” in the menu.
c. Select the wallet, select your Credit Card Account and recharge

1. The offer is applicable only on Citibank credit cards issued in India through this campaign.
2. In order to be eligible for the offer, customers should have a valid mobile number or email id registered on
the credit card account with Citibank.
3. Customers qualifying under the Offer will receive Cashback as per the Offer Details. The qualifying
customers shall be notified vide e-mail on their registered e-mail Id or SMS on their registered mobile no.
4. To be eligible for this offer, the participant has to be of 21 years of age or above and from one of the
following locations – Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata,
Chandigarh, Jaipur, Baroda and Coimbatore.
5. An individual participant to this offer can be eligible for the reward only once.
6. This Offer is valid on all Citi Credit Cards except Citi Corporate Credit Cards.
7. Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.
8. Cashback amount shall be credited on or before 45 business days from the date of transaction to all open
and active card members’ account only. The timeline provided for effective credit is only indicative of
expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
9. This Offer cannot be combined with any other Citibank offer nor can it be transferred or assigned to any
other Customer or third party.
10. Cashback will be credited at open and active card member account.
11. The transactions for any approved claim of refund/replacement shall be excluded from this Offer.
12. Cash back will not be applicable for a transaction where a refund is processed. The refund amount will be
equal to card swipe amount and not the invoice amount.
13. The Customers shall not hold Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,
employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages,
personal injury, costs, charges and expenses which a Customer claims to have suffered, sustained or
incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, directly or indirectly, by way of and/or on account of
participating in the Offer or the acceptance, decline, non-receipt, suitability, quality or by use or non-use or
suitability or effectiveness of the products/services .

14. Citibank is not liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability,
merchantability, availability, quantity or quality made available to the Customers under the Offer on the
products/services (shortly referred as “Claims”). In reference to any Claims under the Offer, it must be
addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to Citibank.
15. The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s account continues to be in good standing and payment continues
to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
16. Citibank reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, to extend or terminate this Offer, without
prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms
and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or
not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Neither anything contained in these terms & conditions, nor the running of these Offer to which they apply,
shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the Offer up to, on or after the Offer termination
date. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Citibank to conduct further such
Offers.
18. The Offer terms & conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
19. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other regulatory authority or body, if
any, shall be borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer.
20. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented
or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including
but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical
failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other
causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then
Citibank and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed,
and will not be liable for any consequences.
21. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Such participation is voluntary and is
deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. By participating in the offer, the
Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being
required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally
accepted the terms & conditions herein. The Offer Terms & Conditions need to be read in conjunction with
the detailed Citibank Card member Terms & Conditions, Most important terms and conditions (MITC),
Citibank Account T&Cs and terms governing the use of Citibank credit/debit cards and/or Citibank website.
22. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of
credit/debit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Account
Terms & Conditions, the Card member Terms and Conditions and MITC. Customer can also view the

23. Any query regarding the offer will be entertained until Dec 31, 2020. Post such date, Citibank will not
entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any customers/persons.
24. Citibank reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the
participant has breached any of the terms and conditions of the offer.
25. Citibank is under no obligation to disclose or publish the identity of the participants for any reason
whatsoever at any point of time.

Looks like we can add a max of 5K only in a single transaction (that’s what it shows me in the website), so we can say upper limit of INR 500/- as cashback as only first transaction is eligible.

is it okay if after adding I transfer it to my paytm merchant account in 3 months 3 transactions of 2kk,2k, and 1k or my account will get suspended?

Please DON’T believe this point. In June offer of Rs.100 CB on Rs.1500 paytm wallet load, I got CB on my primary card but NOT on my Add-on card (in my wife’s name).
forget about add on cards.. what about if we have other variant cards .. now each card will treat as sep cards for this offer i guess.. 3*500 will get?

Off topic..so you have ltf citi card due to which you are not using it or you just do transaction like 30k for fee reversal amd then let your citi card have a sleep for 1 year? If ltf, then please dm me varient and how you got ltf. I have recently got citi reward card (with very very low limit, not sure why, while my other cards have more than 400k limit).

Instead of paying on flipkart by Paytm. It’s better to buy flipkart vouchers from magicpin using Paytm balance
if we add 5k in the wallet we get 500 cash back …
then if we transfer the amount in the bank account its charge 3%
