Buy from anywhere but this cookwell is a brand that gives excellent after sales service, most important in home appliances. Bought it in june 3 months ago from amazon and suddenly yesterday it stopped working. Cookwell cc on whatsapp sent a replacement, no questions asked, recd today and pickup for old machine is scheduled for tomorrow. Impressed that the replacement is sent without the old machine being picked up as yet. And totally free of cost.
