Yeah same issue with me also, mine also still locked in 2 account. Unlocked only in One account ( transacted on 15th Nov). Even my one other scratch card also Still locked after passing 14days (got for transacting on Snapdeal).
Contacted cc via chat, they said they’ll look into this matter and give resolution within 3 days.
No scratch card unlocked even after 8 days
