The Air India Express Limited and AIX Connect Private Limited (formerly known as AirAsia (India) Private Limited) (“Airline") ‘Time To Travel’ offer is valid only for bookings made till 11 Jan 2024, 23:59 Hrs IST for travel till 30 Sep 2024 (“Offer”).
The Offer is applicable only on Airlines domestic flights and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
Fares advertised include base fare, taxes, airport charges and do not include convenience fees, or ancillary services.
The Offer advertised on “Up to 8% NeuCoins” is applicable for NeuPass members initiating their booking on the Tata Neu app, on their eligible spends and is awarded as per the standard earn rates members are eligible for based on the loyalty badge as listed in the Badges & Benefits section on www.airindiaexpress.com/loyalty.
Badge-based discounts are awarded only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. Member fares are accessible only to logged in members, irrespective of the passengers travelling on the PNR. Badge based discounts and members fares can be clubbed if the booking and travel are both done by members.
NeuCoins are awarded on completion of the flight journey, only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. NeuCoins are awarded to the member travelling on the PNR and not to the booker.
The offer is applicable only for successful bookings, a successful booking is defined as a booking with no complete cancellation. In case of complete cancellation, the credited discount will be withdrawn, and NeuPass customer will not be eligible for the offer.
Offer not available on blackout dates, all bookings and travel are subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
Seats are limited and may not be available for all dates, flights, or routes.
This is a limited inventory offer, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case the seats allocated for this Offer are sold out, regular fares will be featured wherever available for booking.
No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified at Airline’s official website (www.airindiaexpre...om).
The Airline reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Offer with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Airline shall not entitle the passengers to any claim or compensation against the Airline for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
The Airline reserves the right to vary, delete, or amend the Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) from time to time without any prior notice which shall be applicable to the passengers at all times.
The passenger(s) agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The bookers and passenger(s) are also deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information, governed by the Airline’s Privacy Policy.
These T&Cs are in addition to and not in substitution of the Conditions of Carriage which will be applicable upon booking by the passenger. All bookings and travel are subject to Airline’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Airline and which prevents the Airline from complying with these terms and conditions, the passenger(s) acknowledge and agree not to hold the Airline or the employees liable for any failure to perform or for any delay in performing its obligations.
The Airline's decision shall be final and binding on all disputes arising out of this Offer. These T&Cs shall be governed by laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on all matters arising out of or due to this Offer.
