Flipkart has proved that it's a fraud company. They have sent another used/second-hand product in the name of replacement so that they won't have to refund the amount. It's been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. Flipkart doesn't care about customer's money. They care about their own. They keep sending used products. view more

MY EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A NEW TV FROM FLIPKART IS COMPLETE DISASTER : First, they said it will be delivered by the 10th of August, not delivered. I called them and they said it will be by 20th August. Nothing happened, called them again now it's for 24 hours wait time I had. So they crossed 22nd August I have not got my TV yet. FLIPKART a Big cheater. You will never get your product on time. They will charge heavy amount as shipping & make you pained with delayed delivery. Worst service imaginable meets Laughable customer support, you get flipkart. Orders get delayed, wrong products get delivered, trouncing return/ refund policy. The main reason we shop on Flipkart (or Amazon, etc) is so that, if there's a problem, we have an unbiased party that can mediate. After all, most sellers do have their own websites. Unfortunately, Flipkart is quite useless when it comes to resolving problems. Any idiot can sell; the quality of a vendor is revealed when there's an issue with the sale, right?
